When you buy a share, you are contributing to the care and upkeep of my goats which allows you to share in the products they produce such as milk and cheese!

Shares depend on how much milk you want per week. It goes by the quart. For one quart a week it is $4.25 a share and times that by however many quarts you want.

Love goat cheese? I have both hard and soft cheese. To buy shares of cheese simply add $2 to the share amount. For example if you had a share of 1 gallon a week you would add $2 to the total share amount and you would receive the total amount of cheese 1 gallon of milk would make plus the whey. 1 gallon of milk makes approximately 15-20 oz of soft cheese OR 12 oz of hard cheese.

What can you do with whey? It is great to feed to any of your animals, make ricotta cheese, substitute it for water in any bread recipe and more!
